Everyone looks different at different bodyfats.Here's what I look like at 11% bodyfat ( on laundry day, as the dryer sheet is in the background)… I don't think I look like any of those pictures.Now could I possibly take some water pills, use some better lighting, put some oil on and tell you that I'm lower yes!Yes.But I'm not trying to impress anyone or myself and as long as I'm a beast during my workouts, I recover properly, and don't get injured I don't care what I look like. Working out with weights would be a good start.I gotta be honest here it doesn't look like you have attempted to work out.6 months of heavy lifting and your body will look way differentI WOULD EVALUATE WHY YOU WANT TO LOOK BETTER?As far as asthetics (which is the new IT WORD) that's genetics and you won't actually know how astetically pleasing you are until you are at a low bodyfat.The real question is: “WHY ARENT YOU HAPPY WITH YOURSELF? At what point would you consider yourself astetically pleasing:What happens if you get to a low bf and you think you look like shit?So here is what the internet says you should look like at each body fat percentage…But the problem with crap like this is that information is wrong.
